Premier League need not be saved from their own greed

Unlike its confusing wording (Football must be saved from his own greed to rein in pay-TV, September 29) I am proud of the English football. The Premier League is exciting and competitive. Therefore, you should seen on TV (yes, and paid for) by millions of football fans around the world. I saw exciting climax last season in the holiday in Albania and joined the bar for many locals who were intrigued that the title race for Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur was cooked and does not have the typical interface between a lot of money, brand clubs.

The approval of the Premier League TV rights has helped to achieve this goal. Called fewer teams are no longer selling their best players to their privileged richer rivals. A long grueling season no easy games ensures the English championship winning team won, not bought. This partly explains why English teams find it difficult to win the European title.

Manchester United won the English title 20 times the maximum category. Compare this to the "leagues with one or two horses", which Laud had in its editorial. Bayern Munich won 41% of all Bundesliga title. Real Madrid and Barcelona each won an astonishing 66% of the title. that they control all their own money for TV rights and thus to win most of the main sponsors of the money in the world brand. They receive financial support from national and regional governments. were involved in dubious land transactions to earn profits more money and convinced the Spanish government to change the tax laws attract foreign players to help.

The Spanish system is designed to keep politicians at the top. English Premier League came to follow this model in the vicinity. Well, the extra money in the Premier League has changed the status quo and I'm happy.

My team has almost the title last season and is another good spending this season with its many talented young players in English. The beautiful game is booming; and outside the bladder Manchester Guardian.
